Webmail Settings
Not Receiving Emails Emails Sent By Webmail Not Arriving |

| Webmail is very simple to use and has a comprehensive Help file. There are a few changes that you must make
before using Webmail. Firstly, in Webmail you will need to complete your "Personal Information" by going to the "Options" link and then to "Personal Information". Here you need to complete the top 3 fields and click on "Submit".
To display the size of your individual emails click on the "Option" link and then on the "Index Order" link. Select "Size" and press "Add". This is a very useful tool for identifying and deleting unusually big emails that your modem may not be able to down load.

| Your mailbox could be full and this will stop you from receiving additional emails. You should log in to your mail box via Webmail, and click on the "Folders" link, then highlight "INBOX spam", above "Subscribe", and then click on the "Subscribe" button. On the left grey vertical bar click on "refresh folder list". Now you should see a link to the "spam" folder. You should from time to time visit and empty your "spam" folder by deleting its contents. Kindly note that by unsubscribing from the "spam" or any other folder you are not deleting its contents.
You might have been too strict with your Mail Filtering rules. You should review the contents of your "Spam" folder and adjust your filtering rules accordingly. |

| If emails sent through Webmail do not reach their destination. Log in to Webmail, and click on the "Options" link, then on "Personal Information". Here you need to complete the top 3 fields and click on Submit, otherwise the program will regard your sent email as Spam and not deliver it |
